By accessing or using NetNoted, operated by Airtech Grow, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Airtech Grow.

2. Eligibility

NetNoted services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 may access the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities performed through your account are your responsibility.
Account sharing or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
Any suspected misuse should be reported immediately to contact@netnoted.com.
NetNoted may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Services and Content

NetNoted provides professional content and visibility services designed to help users establish an online presence. Available service plans include:

Beginner Plan (₹299): One SEO-optimized professional article delivered within 2–3 working days.
Standard Plan (₹499): One detailed article with keyword research and SEO structure delivered in 1–2 days.
Premium Plan (₹1499): One in-depth, research-based article prepared for SEO and social media use, delivered within 24 hours.
Business Plan (₹2999): Three premium articles with advanced SEO support and indexing assistance.

Content is produced using a combination of AI-assisted tools and human editorial review. Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity and user responsiveness.

5. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate, lawful, and non-infringing information and materials.
Ensure that submitted content does not violate copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Do not submit illegal, misleading, harmful, or defamatory material.
Respond promptly to communication regarding revisions or clarifications.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Prices may include applicable taxes and are subject to change.

Before work begins: Full refund, excluding payment gateway charges.
After work begins but before first draft: 50% refund.
After first draft delivery: No refunds; revisions provided as per plan.
Non-delivery within agreed timelines: Full refund upon request.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after verification.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment and final approval, ownership of the delivered content is transferred to the user.
NetNoted may use anonymized samples for internal case studies or promotional purposes unless the user opts out.
Rights to third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

NetNoted shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

No guarantee of search engine rankings, traffic, or visibility.
No responsibility for external links or third-party services.
No liability for temporary downtime or technical issues beyond reasonable control.

9. Termination and Suspension

NetNoted reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Submission of unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
Fraudulent activity or misuse of services.

Termination may result in loss of access to content, services, and associated data.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration or courts located within Bihar, India, as applicable.
