This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are applicable for services purchased from NetNoted.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions. A refund request will be considered valid if:

  • The portfolio page has not yet been completed.
  • The portfolio page has not been published or made live.
  • The user submits a refund request before final delivery.

2. When Refunds Are Not Allowed

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The portfolio page has already been completed.
  • The portfolio page has been published or made live.
  • The delay is caused by late responses or missing information from the user.
  • The user changes their mind after work has started.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, users must contact the NetNoted team through official communication channels such as email or the contact form on our website.

The refund request should include relevant order or communication details to help us verify the request.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 24 to 72 hours.

The credited amount may take additional time to reflect in the user’s account, depending on the payment method or bank.

5. Service Nature Disclaimer

NetNoted provides customized services based on user requirements. Once work has begun or content has been prepared, refunds may no longer be applicable.

6. Policy Changes

NetNoted reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
