At NetNoted, we strive to provide high-quality services to help creators, influencers, startups, and brands establish their online identity. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our processes for refunds, cancellations, and modifications of orders.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation of their order based on the following conditions:
- Before Work Begins: You may cancel your order anytime before content creation starts. A full refund will be provided minus payment gateway charges.
- After Work Begins but Before First Draft: If cancellation is requested after work has started but before the first draft is delivered, a 50% refund will be issued.
- After First Draft Delivery: Once the first draft is delivered, cancellations are generally not accepted. Revisions will be provided as per the plan specifications.
Example: If you order a Premium Article (₹1499) and realize you want to cancel before the draft is prepared, you can get ₹1499 minus gateway fees refunded.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please:
- Contact contact@netnoted.com with your order details, reason for refund, and user information.
- Our team will verify your request, check the order status, and confirm eligibility for refund.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and gateway policies.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- After delivery of the final approved article or profile content.
- Partial satisfaction where revisions are still pending per the plan.
- Delays caused due to incorrect user input or late responses.
- Services used or downloaded (e.g., live SEO optimization or indexing completed).
5. Revisions & Modifications
Refunds are not a substitute for content revisions. NetNoted provides revisions based on the selected plan:
- Beginner Plan: 1–2 minor revisions included.
- Standard Plan: Up to 2 revisions included.
- Premium & Business Plans: Multiple revisions included as per project brief.
Users are encouraged to provide detailed feedback promptly to ensure revisions are completed within the delivery timeline.
6. Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of the service has been delivered, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of NetNoted. The refund amount will be proportionate to the work completed versus remaining work.
