We reserve the right to verify age information and suspend accounts if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity occurring under your account.
Sharing your account with unauthorized users is prohibited. In case of suspected account misuse, contact support immediately.
NetNoted may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Services & Content

NetNoted provides services to help users establish an online presence through professional articles, SEO-optimized profiles, indexing, and brand awareness campaigns. The service packages include:

Best for Beginners (₹299): 1 professional article, SEO optimized, delivery in 2–3 days.
Standard – Best for Creators (₹499): 1 professional article with SEO + keywords, delivery in 1–2 days.
Premium – Best for Startups (₹1499): 1 premium article, in-depth research, SEO & social media ready, delivery in 1 day.
Business – Best for Brands (₹2999): 3 premium articles, exclusive themes, advanced SEO support, indexing assistance.

All articles are created with a mix of AI and human content creators. The exact delivery timeline may vary depending on the complexity of your brief.

5. User Responsibilities

Provide clear, accurate, and non-infringing content for your profile or article. Examples: logos, images, or text provided must not violate copyright.
Do not submit illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
Ensure that any third-party content you provide has the necessary permissions.
Promptly communicate with our team in case of revisions or clarifications.

6. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Prices may include applicable taxes and are subject to change.

Before work begins: Full refund minus gateway charges.
After work begins but before first draft: 50% refund.
After first draft delivery: Non-refundable; revisions provided as per plan.
Non-delivery within the agreed timeline: full refund on request.
Refunds are initiated only after verification and may take 7–14 days to process.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Once full payment is made and the deliverable is approved, ownership of the content is transferred to the user.
NetNoted retains the right to showcase anonymized case studies or portfolio samples for promotional purposes unless the user opts out.
Third-party content rights remain with the respective owners. You must ensure you have rights for all materials submitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

NetNoted will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Examples include:

No guarantee of search engine ranking or traffic.
No responsibility for external links included in profiles or articles.
Platform downtime or technical errors beyond reasonable control.

9. Termination & Suspension

NetNoted reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

Violation of Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
Submission of illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.

Termination may result in loss of access to all content, services, and user data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Users will be notified through email or prominent notices on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws or through courts in Bihar jurisdiction, India.
